Ordering your custom pet portrait is simple. Just follow the steps below:

Pick a clear, well‑lit image that shows your pet’s personality and features.

Select from portrait, landscape, or square formats.

Choose your preferred size and format, then click Order Now.

Click Order Now to open an email draft—send it to reserve your portrait slot (and include any special requests).

I’ll email you deposit payment details. Once paid, send your pet photo by email, or via WhatsApp on 07817 586645.

If you change your mind within 7 days, I’ll refund your deposit in full.

After the 7‑day period, I’ll start your artwork and let you know the expected completion date.

I’ll email you to let you know your artwork is complete and to request the remaining balance. Once payment is received, I’ll arrange delivery.

Once your final payment has cleared, your portrait will be carefully packaged and posted to you.
