Terms & Conditions – My Pet Portraits | A place where I can share my passion and create artwork that celebrates the animals we love most.

By booking a portrait with My Pet Portraits, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Payment

A £50.00 deposit is required to secure your artwork in my schedule. Once your portrait is complete, you will receive an email confirming that the remaining balance becomes due. Your portrait will be dispatched once the final payment has cleared. Payment is accepted via BACs transfer.

7‑Day Money Back Guarantee

You are entitled to a 7‑day cooling‑off period from the date you pay your £50.00 deposit. During this time, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after the 7‑day cooling‑off period will forfeit the £50.00 deposit, as your artwork is a bespoke, made‑to‑order item.

Custom Artwork

All portraits are custom‑made based on the photograph you provide. Once the cooling‑off period has passed and work has begun, the order becomes non‑refundable.

Please ensure the photo you upload is clear, high‑quality, and accurately represents your pet. The final artwork will reflect the reference image provided.

Time Scale

When you book your portrait, I will give you an estimated completion date. If your portrait is required for a special occasion, please let me know your deadline at the time of booking. Ideally, allow at least two months’ notice. I will keep in touch throughout the process to update you on progress.

Delivery

Full payment must be received and cleared before your artwork is posted. Your portrait will arrive mounted and framed, securely packaged to ensure safe transit. UK delivery via Royal Mail typically takes 1–3 working days.

If your portrait arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the artwork and contact me immediately so I can assist.

Copyright

My Pet Portraits retains full copyright to all artwork produced. This means the artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially by anyone other than My Pet Portraits.

I reserve the right to use images of completed artwork for promotional purposes, including online and in printed materials. Your pet’s portrait will never be reproduced for sale to anyone else.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website.
